About Emma
Emma Saad is a lawyer and public servant, accredited holistic health and wellness coach and executive mentor based in Canberra, Australia. Her Work Well. coaching programs were born of a deep recognition of the role wellbeing plays in enabling individuals to do their best work, and the absence of wellbeing support from traditional professional mentoring offerings.
Emma brings to her coaching and mentoring work a wealth of experience driving high profile law reform and public policy projects and leading teams, as well as many years in the health fitness industry as multi-disciplinary fitness instructor, manager and small business owner. She is a certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach through the Institute of Integrative Nutrition, an accredited Health and Wellness Coach through Accredited Health Coaching Australia and a Professional Member of the Health Coaches Australia and New Zealand Association.
Emma is also Mum to her beautiful boy, Finn - her inspiration in all things.

Free 30 minute video call with Emma to see whether her Work Well. coaching and mentoring offerings are right for you. Share as much as you feel comfortable about your goals and challenges and Emma will talk you through how she may be able to support you.
Five session Work Well. package
Five x 60 minute virtual sessions that can be scheduled weekly over a five week period or fortnightly over a ten week period. This package is designed to support those with a short to medium-term personal or professional goal or project; or a discrete lifestyle practice, mindset or behaviour they would like to start challenging, changing or implementing.

Ten session Work Well. package
Ten x 60 minute virtual sessions that can be scheduled weekly over a ten week period or fortnightly over a 20 week period. This package is designed to support those with medium to longer-term personal or professional goals or projects; or more complex or sustained lifestyle, mindset or behaviour change.
